Welcome to BariBariVolleyball.
This is 6-on-6 volleyball played entirely through commands (selection menus). On screen, the opponent's six players are at the top, the net is in the middle, and your six players are at the bottom (nearest you). The ball moves back and forth between them.
For your serve, you choose three things: the form, how much power to use, and where to aim. When picking where to aim, each option shows the opponent's chance to receive it and the chance your own serve goes out.
The opponent's receive and set proceed automatically. When the opponent attacks, it's your turn. Thicken the block, focus on digging with a thicker backcourt, dive to dig, or guard against a feint — and choose how much power to use.
If you dig it up, it's time to build your own attack: who to set to (one of your three front-row players, a back attack, or a dump attack), how to hit (straight, cross-court, a sharp angle, aiming for the block, a feint, or a rebound), and how much power to use.
Using more power makes for a stronger hit, but it drains that much more stamina. Players low on stamina can't receive or attack properly. Rest them with a timeout (2 per set) or swap in a fresh player from the bench (6 substitutions per set).
There are six modes: Practice, Exhibition, World Series, Tournament, League Mode, and Online match. Matches you win can be registered on the online record.
